Block of the Month Raffle
Buy a kit (includes pattern & fabric) for less than $2. Return completed block at the next meeting and enter to win all the blocks. Buy & make as many as you wish. Each block equals one chance to win all.
50/50 Drawing
Monthly proceeds of tickets are split between winning member & the guild. Tickets are $1 each.
Show and Tell
Members show their completed quilting projects!
UFO Challenge
Members complete a quilt project, “Unfinished Object,” (or project) by the end of the year and enter a drawing to win a great prize. Each UFO equals one chance to win the prize.
MEETING TIME & LOCATION
Meetings are the 3rd Monday of every month, 6:30 social time & 7 PM meeting, at the St. Francis Cabrini Catholic Church, 2301 Acton Hwy., Granbury. Anyone interested in the art of quilting is welcome to join our guild regardless of ability or experience. Annual dues are $25 per calendar year. Visitors are always welcome! Guests may attend two meetings and receive two newsletters before joining.

COMMUNITY SERVICE
Community service projects supported by the guild include quilts for Habitat for Humanity, Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program, Pecan Plantation Emergency Medical Services, Home of the Brave, Lord’s Acre & prayer blankets for Acton & Granbury churches, Ada Carey Shelter, Harris Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Brazos Pregnancy Center, local nursing homes, & local residents who have lost homes through fires. Monthly meetings provide opportunities to collect food for Mission Granbury.
